A robot that has the ability to execute on two different accounts

A big greeting to all.

I need a developer who can create a robot that would connect and work on two different accounts.

In short, the robot should open positions on both accounts at the same time (I would set at what time it starts and when it ends) and only when both trades are finished 

(SL on both, TP on both or SL on one and TP on the other) then it would automatically  do the same again at that moment.

It automatically opens new positions on accounts with the same parameters and the same lot size.

The robot only needs to monitor both accounts, when both positions are closed the robot will buy and sell again.

Parameters required: Buy/Sell, SL/TP, robot start and end time, lot size/money risk, trailing stop and timeframe (TF is always the same).

Also, the robot should give me the ability to test the strategy on a demo account.
