Inválid Volume

Estou testando um EA da biblioteca e ele não está abrindo ordens pois está dando o erro de inválid volume. Ao código eu tentei acrescentar uma parte que talvez pudesse checar o voluem correto mas não adiantou. Como posso resolver isso ?
