DinexSpace Swing High Low Levels
- 지표
- 버전: 1.0
Swing High Low Levels marks confirmed swing highs and lows and extends each one to the right as a horizontal level until price breaks it. At a glance you can see which recent swings are still intact and which have already been taken out.
How it works
- A swing high is a bar whose high is above the highs of the bars on its left and not exceeded by the bars on its right (10 left and 5 right by default). A swing low works the same way with lows.
- A swing is confirmed only after the bars on its right side have closed. It appears with that delay, and once drawn it never moves.
- Active levels extend to the current bar and carry a price label at the right edge.
- When a closed bar finishes beyond a level (or trades through it, if you choose the wick rule), the level stops at that bar and turns grey and dotted. You choose how many broken levels to keep, or 0 to remove them right away.
- Only closed bars are used, so the forming bar never creates or breaks a level.
Inputs
- Swings: bars on the left, bars on the right, break rule.
- Display: colours, active levels kept per side, broken levels kept, labels, bars to scan.
Limits
- Which swings appear depends on the left/right settings and the timeframe.
- Only the most recent swings are kept (10 per side by default) to keep the chart readable.
- It draws levels only. It does not say when to buy or sell.
The indicator does not trade or give signals.
