XAUUSD Basket Trading Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5
USAGI GOLD GRID is an Expert Advisor designed for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5 hedging accounts. It combines Pivot-based market context, separate Trend and Reversal entry modules, configurable confirmations, and basket-based DCA management.
The EA is designed to manage the complete trade cycle: entry filtering, additional basket orders when permitted by its rules, VWAP-based basket exits, risk controls, session restrictions, and news pauses.
MAIN FEATURES
• Pivot-based Trend and Reversal entries
Separate Trend and Reversal modules use Pivot zones to define the market area in which each entry type may operate.
• Configurable entry confirmation
Trend and Reversal entries can use candle confirmation, Pivot Motion filtering, optional multi-timeframe confirmation, and Market Behavior filters based on ADX and ATR conditions.
• Basket-based DCA management
When a basket is active, the EA manages additional orders according to the configured grid distance, maximum order count, and lot sequence.
• VWAP basket exit ladder
Each basket size can use its own target. The recovery ladder allows the exit objective to adapt as the number of open positions increases.
• Risk protection
Includes daily profit and daily loss entry locks, account drawdown protection, floating-loss protection, and a Margin Level emergency close level.
• Session and news filters
Trading can be limited to selected market sessions and paused before and after scheduled news events.
• Manual Trade Guardian
On supported hedging accounts, the EA can supervise approved manual starter positions and prevent additional manual entries from disrupting the managed basket.
• On-chart dashboard and notifications
The dashboard displays basket status, account information, session and news state. Terminal and mobile notifications are available for selected risk events.
• No DLL or external dependency
The EA is self-contained and does not require DLL imports or third-party services.
MONTHLY WITHDRAWAL SIMULATION FOR STRATEGY TESTER
USAGI GOLD GRID includes a monthly withdrawal simulation for Strategy Tester research.
The user may simulate withdrawing 0% to 100% of a positive monthly result. The simulated withdrawal is processed only after the managed basket is flat; if a basket remains open at month-end, settlement is deferred until the basket closes.
This feature is intended to evaluate how different withdrawal rates may affect a simulated balance curve. It does not send withdrawal requests, transfer funds, or perform any live-account withdrawal.
