Evgeny Shevtsov: Yes, that's right. ProfilePriceAreais the zonevalue, in percent.
Would you be willing to add an option to enable Daily/Weekly/Monthly profile with user defined lookback period? This would save time instead of adding 10 instances of an indicator for, let's say, 10 (or any number) previous days. Thanks.

Custom period profile is what I actually need, just thought that having regular daily/weekly/monthly profile options would make it an all-in-one market profile tool. Which method of calculation is used to build custom profiles with your indicator: the one for classic market profile (http://eminimind.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-market-profile/) or volume profile ()?
This indicatorhas two modes. In modeNoVolumes=trueit builds aclassicprofile. In mode NoVolumes=false, itbuilds a profilebased on the volumecontained in the candles. To build aprofileon any timeframe, candles are usedonlyM1 timeframe. So be sure todownloadthe history of theM1by scrollingthe graphics inthe storyuntil it stops.
Hello again. Just bought it to try and noticed right away that when switching timeframes vertical lines change positions every time I change a timeframe. Why is that? Obviously I want those vertical lines to stay in the same place regardless of a timeframe.
Curacha: In other words, if I set the vertical lines in a certain place I want them to stay there every time I switch a timeframe. How to fix it?
Iunderstand Your question. But the indicatoralwaysremembersits locationseparatelyfor each timeframe, as it was intended. But Iwill think about Your comment, innext versionwill add the abilityto disable this function.

When do you plan to add this option? As it is right now, I really have no idea who would wanna use it like this?
Is there an option to disable the features that you added in v1.2 and v1.3. I personally don't need them at all, I was completely satisfied with v1.1. Also, switching between timeframes lags too much and is unacceptable to me. All I need is to be able to see a simple market profile based on a drawn rectangle (like in v1.1) with value area and POC.

You can disable - delta, andimbalance, and fading, and smart. View description of inputvariables. And whatlagsare observedwhen switching between timeframes? At least inMT4all works well.I observeda slight slowdownonlyin MT5, due to the natureof this platform, but in general itworks well.

It takes about 1 second for a timeframe to switch and a bit longer than that for profile to redraw/appear. Without this indicator switching is instant. I switch timeframes a lot and it is of utmost importance to me that there is no lag, otherwise it is super annoying and makes it useless for me. It is obviously due to a lot of calculations in the indicator, right?

Very true, the indicator performsa lot of calculationsfromthe younger (relative to current) timeframe.Ifurther optimized thesource code to speed up the workof the indicator, and it'stop speed, fasteris simply impossible.

Unfortunately, I cannot use it with a lag like that.

When switching between timeframes, profiles may not appear instantly, the calculation of profiles is made by timer every 0.5 seconds, in fact it is very fast. Please describe in more detail how You use the indicator: 1. How many profiles at the same time You are creating? 2. What timeframes do You primarily use? 3. What is the resolution of the Your monitor, in pixels vertically and horizontally? 4. Please attach a screenshot of the settings (input variables of the indicator) that You constantly use. 5. But if You can capture video from Your monitor, it would have been better so I could analyze.

1. So far I've been using it with one rectangle only and, like I said, it takes about one second for timeframes to switch.
2. Mostly stay on M1/M5 but also switch to higher timeframes briefly a few times every hour.

Very true, the indicator performs a lot of calculations from the younger (relative to current) timeframe. I further optimized the source code to speed up the work of the indicator, and it's top speed, faster is simply impossible.
