Arrows and refreshing the chart has no connection with each other at all. Arrows appear according to the algorithm no matter if you refresh your chart or not. It does not matter at all.

No, it is not possible. The arrows never repaint, backpaint, recalculate, disappear, etc. If you want to see more arrows in the history on the chart then just increase the number of bars the indicator works with in the inputs.
