With Michael Prescott Burney's EAs, I would recommend downloading a demo copy first, keep the demo copy for one month (or 2, or 3. The longer the better), without updating it. Then backtesting it for the last month (or 2 or 3, whatever you have waited without updating the EA) with the same settings used by Michael to create his brilliant backtests. Just to check if it had been overfitted. In my experience, most of his EAs are overfitted to historical price data and will not work in live trading.

With Michael Prescott Burney's EAs, I would recommend downloading a demo copy first, keeping the demo copy for one month (or 2, or 3. The longer the better), without updating it, then backtesting it for the last month (or 2 or 3, whatever you have waited without updating the EA) with the same settings used by Michael to create his brilliant backtests. This will allow you to check if it had been overfitted. In my experience, most of his EAs that I tried were overfitted to historical price data and will not work in live trading.
