Drawdown didn't trigger although the DD is occurred

I installed the drawdown trigger on multiple MT4 but the statistics on the top left wont appear, but the EA seems active. Is this normal? 

Hi, it can take a while sometimes for it to appear, thats a mt4 issue unfortunately
