Hello! I recently purchased this as I loved the free version but needed a bit more control of certain things like ATR based stop loss and take profit. However, I cannot seem to find where the option is to set lot size by % of balance. In fact apart from a single line in the "prohibited" folder, I can't find any ways to determine lot size. Here is a screen shot to show what I mean. Nor can I see the section on how many open trades allowed at one time like on the free version. 


Do I need an update or something to the EA? Or are the settings hidden somewhere I can't seem to find?
