Hello, I just purchased the EA after testing the demo version. The payment has left my bank and on MQL5 it's showing that I've already paid for it, but when I go to add it to the charts and set it live it's asking me to buy it again, and so I deleted the test version, and now I can't add either a demo or the real version. Anyway you can help me out please?

The EA isn't placing any stop loss or take profit levels on my MT5. Also, not sure what I'm supposed to do with those additional files that you added in the previous comment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
