TDI PRO: RED + GREEN LINES MUST BE ABOVE LEVEL 50 ( as close to level 68 as possible)  In this case, both lines cross just above 68 level, then we can safely say that  STEP 2 HAS BEEN FULFILLED

EXECUTE LINE CHANGES FROM GREEN TO RED

As we can see, it has changed to red, so STEP 3 HAS BEEN FULFILLED
