is it OK to go with default setup? SL values for some pairs are quite high.

We usually optimize the EAs at the time of their publication. Due to the dynamic nature of the markets, re-optimization is often necessary. 

IMO Bot missing some important PL management stuff like trailing and maybe additional safety options (close on reverse, maybe trend check).
