The auto buy and sell are supposed to take immediate trades when the EA is placed. It is not doing so.

You need to disable the ATR if you want it to Buy/Sell Immediately

Dear Sir 4109 means trade is not allowed from the setting. You need to go to tools > options > Expert Advisors tab > and tick "Allow automated trading" and also untick all "Disable automated trading"
