Hi, thank you for your question. It will really depend on the trader. If you investor type of trader, meaning you prefer long term trends, then daily, weekly, or monthly might be a nice timeframe to use. If you are more of an active trader, then the lower timeframes might suit you. As for which moving average to use, it will also depend on your style.
