Hello basarusy,

With this indicator, I usually target around 50-60 pips. Sometimes more like around 100-120. It greatly depends how strong your currency is, . My SL starts at 30-50. Take note that this is for Marjor pairs, Pairs like gold you have to multiply your TP and SL by 10. Though you have to take note that once you made a rule you have to stick on it. This is also good for scalpers. But remember that psychology and discipline in trading to stick to your plan is important especially money management. I hope this helps.

What is the recommended period for cryptocurrencies? the for the main pairs?

Hello. For main pairs i suggest the default. For cryptocurrency I suggest anything that fits you and the way you are holding your trades. if you wish to check which cryptocurrency is growing faster and in which you can hold trades longer i suggest weekly Daily period 30-50.. to see the performance or strength of a cryptocurrency for the past month or 2. 

Open your metatrader and login on your mql5 account by clicking on the encircled green.. then just search my product on the market tab which can be seen on the photo.. then just click my product and download it from there

Thanks Emir, it worked. However I have a few questions to ask. Did you say the meter can be backtested? And if so how can I do that? Lastly if I load EUR,GBP,NZD,AUD,JPY,CAD,USD on 2 different charts. Does the meter still compare the currencies on both charts to give a signal or does it compare the strength of only the currencies on each chart before giving a signal.

Currency strength meters can't be backtested.. Because strength meters are for all currency but MT4 backtesting is just for one pair at a time in which it is not possible.. 

On the other hand if you load pairs on 2 charts, the same value will be given no matter what are the other pairs on the chart.. All currency meter is the strength of a currency on your whole market watch.. Meaning, if you have 20 pairs of USD on your broker, the strength meter will calculate the strength of USD on 20 pairs, and not only on the pairs you put on the chart

Thank you for your prompt response, I have one final question to ask. Please what time frame and what period would you recommend for the indicator to be used for Forex, Crypto and Metals. I think you recommended somewhere on your thread for between 30 to 50 period for Crypto although you did not specify an ideal time frame.

On currencies I prefer the default setup Period 24 TF H1.. but if you wanna see the longer trends Period 100 or 200 is good with H4 TF... On crypto I would prefer H4 TF too with 100 or 200 Period..
