Новостной фильтр тут не нужен.
При новостях опасность закрытия по СтопЛоссу из-за расширения спреда в несколько раз. В данном советнике первоначальный стоп не ставится, и новости не угрожают жизни ордера. СтопЛосс появляется только в профитной зоне от общей цены безубытка сетки (или одного ордера).

Скажите, а как рассчитывается в вашем советнике величины Distance_Trall_SL_start и Distance_Trall_SL относительно количества пунктов на графике? Ибо эти величины абсолютные и на каждом графике это разная величина пунктов

Значения для СтартаТралаСЛ и ДистанцияСЛ расчитываются от значения индикатора ATR. Т.е. от величины размаха движения цены на выбранном ТФрейме.
Значение индикатора ATR умножается на параметр Distance_Trall_SL_start . И Distance_Trall_SL соответственно.

If the price moves the Distance_Trall_SL_start distance from the total grid breakeven price in favorable direction, a StopLoss is placed for each grid order at the Distance_Trall_SLdistance of the current price. Thus, the StopLoss becomes common and the grid is closed at the same time.

Further on, the StopLoss follows the price at the Distance_Trall_SL distance increasing the profit.

No take profit is used in this strategy since it limits the potential profit.
