under what condition the alert will trigger?

1. cross 20/80 line?

2. red blue line cross after crossing 20/80 line?

3. cross 20/80 line then cross 20/80 line back?


I am testing indicator at EUR USD hr chart, but it doesn't trigger 1 nor 3. I think it trigger at 2.
