AurumEdge Prop Firm Gold

AurumEdge Prop is an Expert Advisor for gold (XAUUSD) on MetaTrader 5, made for prop-firm challenges and funded accounts. Two trading engines run inside prop-firm guards that you set to your firm's rules.

Prop-firm guards
- Enter your firm's daily loss limit, maximum loss (static or trailing) and profit target.
- The EA stops trading a safety buffer before each limit is reached.
- Optional: close trades when the profit target is reached; stop after a daily profit cap; close before news for firms that require it.
- Weekend protection: closes EA trades on Friday by default.

Other features
- Stop loss on every trade. No grid, no martingale, no averaging down.
- Risk per trade as a percentage of equity, hard maximum risk cap, loss-streak pause.
- Optional Safe mode: a daily trend filter for steadier, more selective trading.
- High-impact news filter: no new trades 5 minutes before and after major USD news.
- On-chart panel with prop limits, risk, locks and news status.

Backtest (Strategy Tester, not live results)
XAUUSD, 1 January 2022 to 30 September 2026, $10,000 start, default settings, MetaQuotes data with 100% real ticks:
net result +91%, maximum drawdown 7.0%, profit factor 1.26, about 5 trades per week. Past results, including backtests, do not guarantee future results, and passing a challenge is never guaranteed.

- Symbol: XAUUSD. Chart timeframe: M15.
- Designed for brokers and prop firms whose server clock is GMT+2 (winter) / GMT+3 (summer), which most use.
- Set the prop-firm inputs to your firm's exact rules before starting.
- Check that your prop firm allows Expert Advisors.
- Run on a VPS 24/5.
