Breakout Swing Gold – 6-STRATEGY BREAKOUT SYSTEM FOR XAUUSD

Gold rarely moves in a straight line. It ranges, builds pressure around key swing levels, and then breaks out with strong momentum. Best Gold AI is built to trade exactly those moments.

The EA scans the D1 and H4 charts for unbroken swing highs and lows, then places buy stop and sell stop orders just beyond those levels. When price breaks out, the order is triggered and the trade is managed automatically from entry to exit.

Instead of relying on a single setup, the EA runs 6 independent strategies at the same time, each with its own swing detection, entry offset, stop loss, take profit and trade management. When one strategy is waiting, the others keep working.

SMART RISK MANAGEMENT

Lot size is not just a percentage of your balance. Each strategy has its own historical drawdown profile, and the EA allocates risk based on that: riskier strategies get smaller lots, more stable ones get more. You set the maximum drawdown you accept, and the EA calculates the lot size for every trade automatically. When you enable or disable strategies, the risk allocation adjusts to the new combination.

TRADE MANAGEMENT

Every trade is opened with a stop loss and a take profit. After entry, the EA protects and grows the position with:

• Trailing stop loss

• Break-even

• Swing-based trailing (stop loss follows the latest H1 swing levels)

• Trailing take profit on selected strategies

Optional Virtual SL/TP mode manages these levels internally and exits with market orders.

PROP FIRM CHALLENGE SIMULATION

Using the prop firm set, we simulated an 8% profit target with a 9% maximum loss, starting a new challenge on the 1st of every month from January 2020 to August 2026.

INPUT PARAMETERS

Lot

• Lot mode: Auto lot (count by max DD) sizes each trade automatically from your balance. Fixed lot uses the same lot on every order.

• Max DD % (auto lot): The maximum drawdown you are willing to accept, based on each strategy's historical drawdown. Higher value = bigger lots and higher risk. This is a target based on history, not a guarantee.

• Fixed lot: Lot size per order when Lot mode is set to Fixed lot.

Order Settings

• Magic number: Base ID for the EA's orders. The 6 strategies use Magic number +1 to +6. Use a different value if you run other EAs on the same account.

• Random entry offset (pips): Shifts each entry price randomly by up to this amount (1 = 0.01 price). Useful when running the EA on several accounts so the orders are not identical. Set 0 to disable.

Virtual SL/TP

• Virtual SL/TP: When enabled, trailing stop, break-even and take profit are handled internally by the EA and closed with market orders. Requires a VPS running 24/5.

Strategy

• Strategy A – F: Enable or disable each of the 6 strategies. Keeping all strategies enabled gives the best diversification. Lot size adjusts automatically to the combination you choose.

Prop Firm Guard

• Enable prop firm guard: Turns on the daily and total loss protection below.

• Initial balance (0 = auto): Your account's starting balance. Set 0 to use the balance when the EA is attached.

• Max daily loss % (0 = off): When the daily loss reaches this level, the EA closes its trades, removes pending orders and stops trading until the next day. Set it slightly below your prop firm's limit.

• Daily loss based on: How the daily limit is calculated. Choose the option that matches your prop firm's rules.

• Daily reset hour (server time): The hour when the daily loss counter resets. Match it to your prop firm's daily reset time.

• Max total loss % (0 = off): When the total loss reaches this level, the EA closes its trades and stops trading.

• Total loss mode: Static measures loss from the initial balance. Trailing measures from the highest balance or equity reached.

• Profit target %, stop when reached (0 = off): The EA closes its trades and stops once this profit is reached. Useful for passing challenges.

• Reset lock after total loss / target hit: Set to true once to allow trading again after a total loss or profit target stop, then set it back to false.

News Filter

• News filter: Pauses new entries and removes pending orders around high-impact USD news.
