Should you add the "buy" option? Not only rent for 3months?

You are right. It is for long time ago that I set price that way on purpose and forgot to return it to normal way of pricing. By editing the price policy, I could not put option of rent for 10$ more.

 Their policy is that the price should be at least 30$ even for one month rent.
