Why hasn't the position been closed even though the price has exceeded the stop-loss line?

I think your BROKER is the problem. did you check if it has SL price? because I`m sure the EA is working properly and you can adjust the SL price in input.

"I have used this EA for two days, registered 4 FX demo accounts running simultaneously. Three accounts are executing on different software of the same remote computer with approximately 134ms latency, while one account uses MT5’s built-in VPS with 3ms latency. During operation, the following issues were observed:

Sell orders frequently open at the lowest points. Although prices eventually return to the original level without causing account losses, price rebounds may lead to potential losses (see Image 1);
Among the four accounts, two started running the scalping program simultaneously, but the other two showed no response – this occurs randomly (see Image 2).
What might be the reasons for these issues?

How can I prevent the program from selling at the lowest point?(see Image 3)
Alternatively, can I set a lot size of 0.1 for general scalping programs while setting 0.02 lots for Trend Sell/Buy programs to reduce large rebound drawdowns?
I noticed another pending order type called 'Range Sell' – what is this?(see Image 4)
In backtesting, this EA shows consistent profitability (using previous day’s data), but actual performance is significantly worse. Why does this discrepancy occur?"(see Image 5)

I think I found the issue. I wasn't receiving signals properly because I was using a simulated trading platform server. It works fine with the live trading platform server.
