Hi Chantal I've rented the EA and got the grid added to my charts but it is just black and white with no green or red price action indicators showing. Could you help me please to finish the set up? I'm not sure what I've done wrong? Thanks Julian

I have rented the dashboard but I can't seem to place a trade - the buttons wont press when I try to place a trade.

Could you let me know what the fix is for this? (The right hand chart also wont let me right click to make a trade).

Hope you doing good, i had sent you an email (got your email id from your website), but unfortunately i haven't got any reply yet.

I'll repeat it here:

Is it possible to rent it for a month directly from you? and then if all goes well i would like to purchase it directly. (i can make payment by Paypal).

Also i would like to say that from what i have seen it looks very neat and well made dashboard.
But i had a few questions regarding it:

- Does PA dashboard give buy/sell signals? (because i tried demo in strategy tester and it din't give any).

- Do the signals disappear after giving a signal?

- Does it give sound alert when there is a signal?

- I'm a day trader (M15 to H4) i use for trading, so what settings is best for it?

- I have 4 demo mt4 platforms open at a time (as i place live orders on ctrader platform), 
so can i use it on all 4 mt4's at the same time?

Hope you could answer me soon and i could test it asap too..

- Do the signals disappear after giving a signal? >>> No, it remains but the alert time is updated

- Does it give sound alert when there is a signal? >>> No, only visible alert

- I'm a day trader (M15 to H4) i use for trading, so what settings is best for it? >>> Intraday mode

- I have 4 demo mt4 platforms open at a time (as i place live orders on ctrader platform),  so can i use it on all 4 mt4's at the same time? >>>>> 1 dash for 1 MT4

Does this EA use the HH and LL price levels? Or HH, HL, LL, LH ? Does it also calculate when price hit Lowest or Highest for the week and retraces on major trend? Or breaks key price levels?

Hello I've rented the ea. Everything seems to be working fine except that it does not want to place orders when pressing the buttons. I have downloaded the history data etc. I have loaded everything on EURUSD with the same results. The Symbol chart buttons on the side are working.
