I am trying to get it to open 0.01 LS... but am confused by the parameters of the risk management section. 

What should I do?

Even with LS set to 0.01 and Risk management mode set to Fixed Money at 0.01 it still opens MUCH larger LS!?

Set MinLot size and MaxLot Size both to 0.01. so, it will open all trade 0.01. EA open random lot size between MinLot size and MaxLot Size

Risk Management is not related to Lot size. This means, EA will close all the trade ones it hit defined value in negative floating.
