Yes, it can slow down MT4 (especially when you load it on many charts) because it needs to do a lot of calculations due the fact that it internally check the right timeframe to syncronize order block through time frames (the correct time frame correlation is crucial to spot correct signals: Alexander Elder's studies show that a "factor of five" is a correct relationship guideline between timeframes)

Just a suggestion: when you need to know "the meaningful direction" you can just add it on the chart for a while and not keep all the time on your chart or at least limit the number of charts where it is loaded this indicator.

I will check it when i found a little of free time to see if something can be fixed with the purpose to absorb less ram power (very busy at this moment).

I just downloaded this WindFlow HTF indicator, but I can't see the trend line and the signal. (only the right-up corner shows something)

Do I need change any default settings to get it run correctly?

Please notice that this indicator will give you only an indication about the higher TF as a background market condition on the correct higher time frame synchronized in the right way through its own lower TF to give you an easy reading about meaningful direction.

WindFlow indicator, instead, implement trendline volatility based that is useful to trail your stop loss as well as to gives good entry signal based on a change in the market flow; so together they work very well.

Read carefully description and you will find all you need to know.

If you put WindFlowHTFAutoTF= true it will check the trend conditions (on your working time frame) referring to the meaningful higher time frame autosynchronized with the right factor with your working time frame (lower TF) to show the overall trend dynamics.

If you put WindFlowHTFAutoTF= false it will show the trend dynamics on the time frame that you want to check and it can be selected in the "WindFlowHTFTimeFrame"

You can leave the default setting (WindFlowHTFAutoTF= true) to work properly with this indicator.
