This is the Expert error when I load the EA. Broker is XM, 518 usd account, EURUSD#, H4.. Why do I get this error?

This is the Expert error when I load the EA. Broker is XM, 518 usd account, EURUSD#, H4.. Why do I get this error?

I would advise not to use an EA that trades based on the news. I have made many and tested many on the live market and it is not profitable due to spreads and slippage. If there is still demand for a news EA I might repost a better version, or through custom order.
