BotIQ Flag Pattern No Martingale No Grid Systems

Hi!

This is a Bot I created for my own trading portfolio.

But was thinking that to build the trust with any of you guys to use my other systems,I put this one up for free. The only thing I am asking for is a honest review.

So if u like it and when u realise it it is actually a good working bot, u can look into the other bots that I have here on the market to add more strategies to your portfolio.

I always make bots without Martingale or Grid systems because I mainly make these bots for my own portfolio.

How this bot works:

  1. First it identifies a big Impulsive move using the ATR indicator.
  2. Then it measures the distance from high to low of the next candles that creates the flag after the Impulsive move.
  3. If that distance is small then it takes a trade for a continuation move.

In this way the pattern will be a Flag and the bot is trading the continuation.


Stats of 10 Year Backtest:

  • Gain: +153%
  • Total Trades: 269
  • Win Percentage: 76%
  • Profit factor: 1.38
  • Recovery Factor : 3.47
  • Max Drawdown: - 16.12%

If u haven't figured it out yet I will tel you. There is no best strategy.

The only way to make it in the long term is to have a large portfolio of strategies that will even out your equity curve.

It is far better to have 10 strategies that can make 10% a year each, than one strategy that makes 100% a year.

Or you are screwed when that one good strategy don't work anymore. And maby you lost half your money then already.
