I purchased the full EA set in the very beginning of Feb 2024 and have been very pleased with the results overall, the trade history from my account match those of the authors in the live signal. I will be monitoring any further product developments from the author and add them to my library when available. Lastly, the author is quick to respond and helpful. Thanks, Taj

I have no idea what the review below is about but I am personally very happy about this EA. Have been succesfully running it for a few weeks now and on x 1 risk so don't get large DD. I am very pleased with it just like with the other EAs I purchased from Taj. Keep up the good work man!

Initial Review: This EA is a good technical compliment to an existing strategy for people who are more macro or fundamentally driven. It seems to use several indicators and inter-market comparisons to trade a particular pair. Although, the indicators and comparison logic are not explicitly shown on the user end of the EA, it shouldn't deter anyone from using the EA because my guess is it is primarily trading market reversals, will likely do okay during consolidating markets, and phenomenally during major market reversals. But if the market is trending, it's likely better to not use this EA because simpler entry patterns suffice during those times. There also seems to be some grid/martingale element to the trades because it took multiple long trades on EURUSD as the market was going down. Perhaps this was just an error in the EA because it must be using "tick" data to take entries, which is not usually very reliable for most brokers. There seem to be three closely correlated pairs that it can trade, but I'm not sure what the pair selection and trade direction logic is. I've only used it for a couple of days, and after being in a considerable ~$2,400 - $3,000 drawdown for several days on a $10K live account, I think I will end up in a profit once the market recovers and the trades resolve. Personally, I'm more used having more precise entries and limiting my drawdown to be about $500 - $1000, so having an EA that requires more patience gave me knots in my stomach. Instead of hard-coding a 30% drawdown, I believe it would be better to give the users the option to set their own max-drawdown or %-risk based on their personal trading objectives, automatically adjusting the lot-sizes for the trades based on this factor. The author is available for discussions for brief periods, but he likely doesn't have enough time/patience to help new and inexperience traders. Therefore, I encourage the author to respect everyone’s trading experience and trading styles. He should consider developing a comprehensive user manual that elaborates on the strategy in greater detail and allows the users to optimize the EA for various brokers themselves. Others seem to have had a good experience with this EA, and I am hoping I will as well. Having said that, I feel like the EA. in its current state, is pretty much a black-box trading system that requires a lot of experience to appreciate fully. Also, I've tried to optimize it for the broker that I am using, and the author has been helpful in this quest, but I feel the parameters that make it broker-sensitive should be replaced with parameters that are more universally available because brokers use a variety of liquidity providers and frequently manipulate this data to trigger erroneous trades and trick traders using profitable EAs. Specifically, any tick-data related parameters used in this EA can be replaced with Open-Close or High-Low over a specified period because OHLC adequately reflects implied trading volumes/ticks, is more universal than broker-ticks, and less susceptible to manipulation/variability by liquidity providers. Additionally, the author could consider adding specific trading times or trading sessions for when to open the trades as an additional feature in the EA to combat the erroneous-tick problem because B-book brokers switch liquidity providers to save money during low-volume sessions/hours. Another way to solve this problem could be to add a "max-number" of trades feature over a specified time-period, which prevents multiple trades from being triggered due to bad tick data. Backtest results are impressive, but expect considerable drawdowns during live trading, especially during trending market environments and before major "Red" news events, like US Fed Meetings, NFP, CPI etc. I reiterate the fact that you need a lot of trading experience and complete faith in the author's experience to use this EA, which I am a little skeptical of because he has not elaborated exactly which parameters are being used to take trade entry. However, I am willing to give the author the benefit of the doubt because being too explicit about the exact methodology and the indicators being used may lead to others stealing his intellectual property. Also, from my brief experience, the EA is a little sensitive to when you turn it on. For example, if you switch on the EA on a Monday, you will get a trade that may not necessarily have the best entry vs. turning it on another day. To combat this, I recommend the Author also flirt with the idea of adding a "Trading-Day" feature to this EA to allow the user to select the optimal trading day and time to start-trading. For me, this EA is worth the investment because I am a fundamentally driven trader and I like to have a system that can automate my entries based on a variety of technical factors. I do reemphasize that using this EA, in its current state, may require a lot of optimization-time and back-and-forth with the author to get things right. I hope my comprehensive review and experience will help someone else make the right decision!

Update: Jan. 8, 2024: After 2 months of solid testing, I have to update my review to say that the EA does not work. It's basically buy/sell, hold, and hope. Not sure what it really does. After my initial bad experience, I originally gave the EA a 5 star upon author insisting that the EA works, but since I am inexperienced, there is something wrong with me for not understanding the technical complexities of the EA. He also said that if I just gave it enough time, I would understand it's nuances and appreciate it's strategy more. After experiencing some severe losses using this product initially, I put the EA on a demo account for 1 month. Demo results were dismal and most positions were in drawdown a majority of the time. The positions in profit were not closed in a timely manner, and they ended up in losses as well. In my opinion, this EA is a complete waste of time, money, and resources, there are much better products available in the market for a lot cheaper price.

The Euro Dealer EA is a robust and well-developed trading robot. The author is responsible, dedicated, and honest. I am confident that it will be a profitable robot in the long term. A good strategy with an excellent developer. I recommend it.

Ich habe den "Euro Dealer" Expert Advisor von Taj heute früh installiert und bin bereits so beeindruckt, dass ich mich dazu entschlossen habe, eine vorläufige Bewertung abzugeben. Obwohl meine Nutzungsdauer bisher kurz ist, konnte ich nicht umhin, dem EA vorläufig 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Alle generierten Positionen liegen im Plus, was für mich ein überzeugender Anhaltspunkt für die Effektivität dieses Expert Advisors ist. Taj scheint ein wahrer Profi zu sein und zeigt unermüdlichen Einsatz für die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse. Es ist erfrischend zu sehen, wie der "Euro Dealer" EA auf dem Markt agiert und dabei seine einzigartige Strategie verfolgt, die ich bisher noch nicht kannte. Der Strategieansatz ist (für mich) neu, innovativ und vielversprechend. Es ist mir bisher nicht gelungen, eine vergleichbare Herangehensweise auf dem Markt zu finden. Diese Neuheit macht die Software besonders spannend und verspricht großes Potenzial für zukünftige Gewinne. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden bisher und freue mich darauf, die Performance des "Euro Dealer" EA weiter zu beobachten und ich bin gespannt darauf, wie sich der EA in Zukunft weiterentwickeln wird. Bitte beachten Sie, dass meine Bewertung auf meiner kurzen Nutzungsdauer basiert, aber die bisherigen Ergebnisse haben meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen.
