I purchased the EA and am ready to install. Are there any instructions in regards to the settings (e.g. if to adjust lot size based on account balance).

Hello. Thank you. Based on the settings, the calculation is carried out for every 1000 with a risk of 0.1, positions with a volume of 0.01 lots will be opened. You should also change your trading time:
