Sorry I've no idea, assume those people fixed their issues as heard nothing more. Nothing to do with the indicators so probably something to google and see if you can find a solution.

Hello I have purchased the indicator, I have a question..? If I install the indicator on the computer, if the computer is formatted for some reason, I must buy the indicator again, and the second question is... Will I receive updates in the future?
You get 10 licences, each licence is an install of Windows. You would get updates if any were planned but there are none planned for it as its complete.
