Hi I just purchased your product and am excited to get started with it on monday! Two questions I have are 1. Do I need to change any of the inputs on it or is it ready to go from the purchase? 2. I have it on the one computer but am trying to put it on another account and for some reason cannot find it to download it on that account. How can I put it on another account? Thank you again!
Can just use with default setting but etch the videos about the indicator to understand what it's capable of. Logon to your terminal with your mql5 account and an install again.
HI I just bought the indicator it does not show any signals or alerts and there is no dash board can you help me please.
You have bought the indicator not the dashboard so you will need to purchase the dash if you want it.
Alerts are only issues if you set them to do so in the inputs. Instructions on the settings on the website www.themarketstructuretrader.com

i click on install on terminal and isn't work nothing is downoaded
Indicators will appear in your indicators/market folder in the navigator.

If not contact MQL5 support as there may be an issue with your terminal possibly.

MT5 version is a little laggy compared to the MT4 version.

Bug with your MT5 possibly but impossible to tell without any reference to settings etc... Maybe shoing you an HTF support block as well and you have coloured them the same colour?
MT4 is much better than MT5 for virtually everything. :) Why 95% of people still use it I guess.

Already have the MT4 version, it works much better than the MT5 version.
This broker's perticular account does not support MT4. I could work of the MT4 account I suposse. There is no refunds for this is there?
It's the default settings, the only change was the breaker colours which you can see are grey-ish. This chart for example is displaying multiple breakers https://gyazo.com/c633f34824ed1e68ac0249c87a11b254 no HTF support blocks are active, there should only be two on the chart.

Issue with the MT% terminal not clearing there. Close the chart and platform down and add it to a new fresh chart. Something not right there but never seen that before so can't say what it would be I'm afraid.

Sorry just to add, I see what is happening, when you change TF the charts don't clear.
If no one else has reported this then it must just be my MT5.

Hi, I've got the indicator installed and it seems to be working ok, generating alerts. Is there anyway of getting a heads-up pre-alert when an outline box is initially drawn? Thanks.
No there are no alerts on the support rectangles. They are just shown so you can see where the next market structure break will occur. No other use really apart from supporting price as it moves.
