You could turn the alerts on for "Popups Alerts" here:

Or if you want Notifications on Phone keep "Send Push Notification" true

Or email and file alerts. Based on which alerts you would like. When there is an Arrow signal you will get an alert like this:

"EURUSD_M15 Heiken VQ: Down Trend Signal"

Default settings are good for longer term trend based trading.

But here are some tips that might help.

You could make sure to trade when market is trending. As during ranging markets trend reversals keep happening often.

So avoid pairs with low volatility:

And avoid choppy markets like this, where price seems to be going all over the place:

Also trade during good volatility. Attached are some indicators which help find volume and volatility.

And use site like this to find when which pairs are best to trade based on market open times

Also trading in directions of higher timeframe trends always increases chances of longer trends.

So use at least 1 higher timeframe's trend to validate your signals. But that really depends on if you are scalping or long term trading.

Scalping doesn't really need HTF, but it can still be useful.

The Arrow is not showing in my chart

Hello, could you send me a template as I have already downloaded the zip file with all the indicator, so a template with the correct settings might help

It will depend on your style of trading and preferred timeframe. 

Default settings are good for getting more signals. And then visually making sure the signals are in direction of current trend.

By default VQZZ is off. And only heiken and HTF Peaks are true. 

If you want to trade only when trend is good, you can keep vqzz true.

And maybe num Timeframes at 2. This way you'll only get signals when all vqzz trends align.

If you like to trade using Support/Resistance then keep NRTR true. But it will further limit your signals.

Always inspect the chart visually. Ignore signals when market is too unpredictable and is whipsawing:

Usually near News events.

And avoid signals when price has already gone too far from Heiken candles:

Here's a template for H1 timeframe with above settings. Only add NRTR, Pivots etc, if you use them. On H1 timeframe weekly pivots are good.

Best signals are H1+
