Thanks for purchasing Trendometer. Below I explain my way of setting the input parameters:

1. Attach the indicator to a M5 or M15 chart with the default settings.

2. Draw two vertical lines one at the beginning and another at the end of London session of the previous day.

3. Observe the Trendometer signals between these two vertical lines.

4. Change the default input settings one at a time and observe the Trendometer signals during the London session.

5. Repeat the previous step until you get the best input settings.

6. Use those settings for today's trading.

   Purchased your Indicator few days back.  It worked fine for couple of days but when I restarted my system It stopped working in and Its not allowing me to add It to the charts any more. Let me how to resolve the Issue.

I think this is a problem with the number of activations. As you know, all the products in the market have a limited number of activations. In order to resolve your problem, please contact Service Desk, and describe how it stopped working.

Sent an email to support but did not receive any reply from them till now, Is there a way you can resolve the Issue by sending the Indicator directly ? I have configured it with 4 demo and 1 real account before and Its well below the no. of activation's (9)  specified , So not sure where the Issue is ? I need your Indicator very badly.

The number of activations at the beginning was set to 5, it has been changed to 10 recently. So depending on the date of purchase, you might have already activated all 5 licenses on your 4 demo and 1 real accounts. However, the best is to wait for the support team to answer you.

The Trendometer indicator can only be purchased through the market.

Please note that you can use a product up to the number of activations at the purchase time. It seems that you have used all 5 activations on 4 demo and 1 real accounts. But since I do not know when you purchased this indicator, I cannot say for sure if you have spent all the activations or the problem is something else.

In order to let the MT4 software download a product from the market correctly, do the following steps:

1. Open MT4 software, and fromTools>Options choose Communitytab, then enter your username (luisalmeidapt) and password.

2. Open the Terminal window <Ctrl+T>, choose Market tab.

3. Search for Trendometer. 

4. The MT4 automatically recognize that you have already bought this indicator, so it will let you to download it if you hadn't already activated all the licenses.

5. After download process is done, you can find it in <Indicators/Market> folder.

Hope this helps you to successfully install the indicator on your system.

As I said In my first message, its already Installed and worked for couple of days with all my accounts and it it suddenly stopped working after couple of days.

If you have tried to re-download the indicator the way I described above, but your still encounter the problem, please capture a screen-shot of what happens when you try to attach the indicator to a chart and upload the screen-shot here so that we can figure out what could be your problem.

Glad to hear that you managed to install/activate the product successfully.

Need some clarification for entry........my understanding is that you have to wait for consolidation and then bar appears and you enter trade.  If this is the case, how many bars are needed for entry criteria to be met?
