Hello and thanks for your message. I have understood it so that you are not able to install the indicator. If you did not already did it then please install the indicator from within the MT5 terminal instead of from the product's web page. If still error then please if you can check the Experts tab for any related error messages. I will also write you a private message so that we can continue from there if necessary.
