I require your assistance

I have purchased your indicator and installed on terminal. It did not automatically install. If I go to Purchased I can update my other indicators, but the Install button for your indicator does not respond. Next to the non responsive Install button it states Product puchased, but not dowloaded yet. 

Please assist with this matter.

Is there a reason why some charts give SL's and TP's because my settings for all of the graphs are exactly the same? Some charts SL's and Tp's others don't. All of them are Forex charts.

I would also like to know why the scanner only gives 0's for D1, W1 and MN although I have used your default setting from M15 up to MN

There is no TP or SL for the Sell signal, although it is specified as true in show TP and SL. It was even saved, checked, rechecked and reloaded.

With  version of TrendLine PRO do you use?

Do you use default settings or your own? (send me your settings)

Thank you for your valued support and quick assistance. I am very happy with the purchase of your indicator. It turned out the problem was with my computer, and not with your indicator. Sorry for all the downloads, but the computer is upgraded and I am already benefiting from your brilliant indicator. There are so many indicators that simply does not work, or don't deliver the advertised results. Yours is the exception to that rule. Keep up the good work.

I have some questions, though:

i:) what is TM-Messenger and where is it located?

ii:) why does Time Frame give fewer false-positives if enabled? - The FOREX markets are 24/5, so how can accurate figures be obtained if the indicator is only running for part of the day?

The Time filter helps to avoid the time of a thin market, e.g:

Time filter ruled out a losing deal on the night of February 20

What is the difference of "Calculation Type", after updated, it's default set to "4"....

Any more details regarding calculation typr ?
