  I don't see a single entry from the Panel in the logs, including entries about initialization in the Panel's terminal. That is, I do not see that the Panel was installed on the chart, and I do not see that you removed it.

I see error entries from other installed programs (eg "Telegram ChartSnap MT5 Free (GBPJPY,M5) INFO: TelegramSendPhotoFail.. ErrorCode:4006")

- Are you sure that Trade Panel is installed on the terminal? Do you see it on the chart?

- How did you determine that the problem comes from the Panel, and not from your indicators?

- To make sure that the panel is the source of the problem, remove all indicators and experts from the chart, and leave only the Trade Panel. If after that you observe the same problem, then send me the logs.

I will install it and use it tomorrow and video tape my session and then post it so you can see all the times it stops working and then I need to restart. Trust me, I don't want to be texting here, I need a product to use so I wish it worked on my system.

I watched your video and I don't see that the panel turns off (if it turns off, then indicate the timing in your video, where I will see it).

As I understand from your video, the problem is not that the panel turns off, but that the panel reacts slowly to button clicks. I can say that this problem is not related to the algorithm of the panel, your clicks are transferred to the panel as follows:

1) you click on the button,

2) the terminal captures your click on the button, forms it into an event, and puts it in a stream to transfer this click to the panel,

3) further this stream transfers click of the panel.

There is only one thread for each chart, and not only the chart works in this thread, but also all the indicators installed on the chart. All events in the thread are executed in turn, one event at a time. If a non-optimized indicator is installed on your chart, or your terminal's connection with the server is not stable, then this flow stops while your indicator executes its algorithm or until the terminal contacts the server. All this time, while the stream is idle, your clicks will queue up and they will not be delivered to the panel. Thus, the problem is not in the panel, it is in working order, and waiting for your clicks, the problem is that these clicks do not reach the panel in a timely manner. And the solution to this problem will be the optimization of the terminal.

Read carefully this - "The panel is slow and freezes constantly, what should I do?" and do everything that is written there.

If that doesn't work, you can give me the name of your broker, and send me the profile you're using, I'll check it out.

if i use your built in trailing stop feature, if i choose MA as type, will and input for example SMA 21 -- will that from within the trading panel use the SMA21 on the renko chart?  is there a way to get your trading panel to work with renko charts?

Hello, the trailing stop uses the standard MA indicator. I don't know if the MA indicator works on such a chart.

But here the problem will be different, on the link you specified, the product is implemented as a utility (Expert Advisor), you can install only 1 utility on 1 chart, respectively, if you install the Renko utility on the chart, then the Panel cannot be installed on this chart.

Why can't I use this program. Now it say that I have trade disable? Who disable trades. I know spend hours going through the help guide when I want to do is place an order but I can't because of this software.

I have applied it on my main device(laptop) and it works perfect, i love it...but it seems to be having a problem conneting to other device (also a laptop)....it just doesn't show/display/work

I have a gaming computer with plenty of memory and I went to place a trade and the software said, not enough memory. I shut everything down, still received same error. I have lost more money trying to make this software work than what it worth. I know you will say that I need to do this or that, but why can't it just work?

Hello, what do you mean by "software"?

If you mean Trade Panel, then this utility does not keep track of memory, and it does not have the functionality to tell you that there is not enough memory for it to work. And for reference, the utility is optimized in this regard, and the memory it occupies is less than a megabyte.

If you mean the terminal, then it's time for you to think about optimizing the operation of the terminal, for example, reducing the size of the quotes loaded into the terminal.
