Hello dear Mr Martin Eshleman.
I enjoy very much your EA "MQL Universal EA", which is a great and very elaborated tool.
I also appreciate the VERY clear explanations and examples.
Thanks for this. Trying it now but, the rsi, as confirmation, works in the opposite way to the description. Above the high line is a sell signal, and vice versa below the low line is buy signal, without crosses. What are the numbers for cross or high low etc. to change?
Can someone please tell me how to choose between different types of MA's i.e. SMA, SMMA, LWMA. Which parameter do I need to change to be able to do this?

when I enter the EA in the chart, the following message appears: Trading Not Allowed For This Chart! Please Reset EA & Try Again. What does that mean and what do I have to do to make the EA work? Thanks for an answer

The solution is using the EA on a chart that can be traded. You might be using it on a chart that has trading disabled. Not all charts can be traded. Some broker's even have a different suffix on a chart for an EA too. Or the the market is closed. Or something similar. Check the simple stuff first before leaving a user comment like this next time. FYI, there is an updated version on the official MQL Programming website for all interested. An MQL5 update will be coming soon.

Hi. I cannot get involved with profitability. Try using the back test optimizer for the TF and indicators you mentioned. There is also an example set file on the MQL-Programming website and some more will be added later too.
Does anybody know how to identify on MT4 which charts are view only and which ones can be used with the MQL EA?
I'm not sure about checking in bulk. I think you would need a separate script check this in bulk and tell you, but you can do this one at a time in MT4. If your chart is open, just right-click and if you don't see a trading options at the top of the box then trading isn't allowed for some reason. You could also right-click on a symbol in the Market Watch window and select 'Specification'. It should say "Full access" next to trade. Sometimes you might see something else like "close only".
I am currently using the EA and it is killing.. I think in my opinion it works best on the USD/JPY pair.. I'm trading $3 lots and am up over 6k in a week on a 100k Demo.. hats off to the developer!!

Hi, I thing that something seems wrong with Alligator William indicator. I thing the expert doesn't use values of the shift signals (jaw, teeth and lips) but the value of signals where is placed the candle. It opens a sell when Alligator say buy !!! (I have placed the trigger on Bollinger)
