If after buying you had a problem installing the program from the terminal, for example, when you click the Install button nothing happens and the adviser is not installed, then try the following:

  1. Open the navigator.
  2. Advisors (Indicators)
  3. Market subfolder 
  4. Find the advisor you need. 
  5. Right click mouse
  6. Delete


After that, repeat the installation procedure from the terminal!

Este guia ajudará a se livrar dos problemas com a instalação de um consultor do Market.

Existem várias razões possíveis.

Vou falar apenas sobre eles, que eu encontrei a solução pessoalmente.

  1. Mercado MQL4: falha ao criar arquivo temporário para baixar o produto 'XXXXXXXX' [267]
  2. A página do mercado está em branco no terminal
  3. Falha ao baixar o produto
  4. Falha na instalação
  5. O terminal da loja está vazio, os produtos não são visíveis.


Erro Depois de clicar em Instalar, nada acontece?

Se depois de comprar você teve um problema ao instalar o programa a partir do terminal, por exemplo, quando você clica no botão Instalar, nada acontece e o consultor não está instalado, tente o seguinte:

  1. Abra o navegador.

  3. Subpasta de mercado
