On a Bitcoin (BTC) 1-hour chart, a distribution phase is identified when price consolidates within a blue range that is smaller than the Average True Range (ATR). Once price breaks out of this zone, the market enters the manipulation phase, and the indicator generates an automatic Buy (Long) signal.

 

Power of Three Indicator in a Downtrend

On a GBP/USD 4-hour chart, the indicator identifies short-selling opportunities when price exits the manipulation zone (highlighted in green). At this point, a red arrow appears, indicating a Sell (Short) signal.
