On my Win 2012 VPS, I don't have any issues and other customers use VPS servers as well for their daily trading with my tools and FX Volume.

So it seems to be a special configuration issue on your VPS server which prevents the EA to connect correctly. 

The best advice I have is, setting up a new one and try again.

MY MT4 forex dealer is IC Markets!

They can be customized. In FX Volume you can customize colors, line thickness and style via the Colors Tab.

You don't need to set these because FX Volume detects the correct settings automatically in the background.

These parameters are only used when you start it the very first time at a weekend when the market is closed.

Besides that, I recommend asking the IC Markets support which GMT and DST settings they use on their servers.

We record the data in real-time from the market and provide the data via our servers to our clients.

There is a delay due to this complex procedure which is no problem at all.

please install and run SI Connect to establish the connection to our data center.

Follow the instructions at the SI Connect product page to install it correctly -> click here

SI Connect has to run constantly in the background to update FX Volume in real-time.

Happy to use your 4 really great products!

On the other hand I encounter a problem since I use FX Volume, when I click for example on GBPUSD M15, I have the display which hangs for a few seconds, and once I regained control I must again click on GBPUSD M15 (FX Trend) to effectively change the symbol.
If I remove FX Volume I no longer have this problem.

An idea ?

I doubt that this is caused by FX Volume because I use a similar setup with FX Trend, FX Volume, Lighthouse and 3 instances of FX Power and it work as smoothly as it should.

May I ask you what this panel is? I marked it red and it seems like a custom indicator that gathers information from one or more FX Power instances in the background.
Could you please check the symbol switch behavior if you unload this tool and work just with the original market products?

Besides that, you don't have to run SI Connect in your regular trading chart. It's enough to run it on one chart in the background.

ps : si connect is only on my main chart.

Please check the Colors Tab of the FX Volume indicator and press "Reset" to get the default values.
