Hello, this is usually a timing issue from MT5, not from Telegram.
Sometimes MT5 has not fully prepared the chart yet when the screenshot is requested, so the screenshot can fail intermittently.
Keeping the symbol chart open and adding a little delay usually fixes it.
I will improve the screenshot timing in the next update as well.

I improved performance of Terminal an charts and now it seems to work fine
