The first version wasnt updated with the correct default setting.

So you can redownload the EA, and chhose default setting recommended for Roboforex ECN Accounts MT5
Or you can use this Set file.

Remember if you use another broker do the backtesting with real ticks and change the various settings to suit that broker.

Hello Eddy, I also have the set file problem. I tested the bot with the standard setting in the Meta 5 strategy tester and got good results, but in the demo it doesn't open a position. You were very kind and gave us a set file and I installed it. OPS it doesn't work in the strategy tester, no results and no start in the demo either. What am I doing wrong? My broker has been FBS for a long time and I've never had any problems. Please help

If the EA doesnt find any suitable trades it can be 0 trades in a day, and for example 5 the next day...
But send me your input screenshot and we will look into it.

Make sure your lot size isnt to big for your Balance and run a backtest with different spreads :)

Thank you for the very quick reply. My account is USD and has a balance of $5000 with a lot of 0.1' I used the standard setting in the strategy tester and everything works fine. I just set the time to 0 0 0 0 but I'll take a screenshot later

I promised that when the problem was solved, I would of course give my 2 star rating again. The problem was solved in an exemplary manner with 101% support from EDDY and probably from the whole team. It was and is not a problem with the Blitz Gold broker, but my account is not an ECN account but a standard account. But as EDDz told me, an attempt was made to adjust the set file. I think everything was tried to make the customer 100% satisfied, so I am very satisfied even if the set file does not work 100%. Then I will probably switch to my other broker who has ECN. So thank you very much for your efforts.

Hi Davide,

What broker do you use - Platform ? do you have a screenshot ?

Please try the following steps:

  1. Check Installation: Ensure the .ex5 file is in the correct folder:
    File > Open Data Folder > MQL5/Experts/Market .

  2. Re-download the EA: Delete and download again from the Market to avoid file corruption.

  3. License & Account: Make sure you're logged into the correct MQL5 account and using the correct account type (live/demo).

  4. Check Platform: Ensure you're using the latest version of MetaTrader 5 ( Help > About ).

  5. AutoTrading Enabled: Ensure AutoTrading is enabled and check Tools > Options > Expert Advisors to allow EAs.

  6. Check Logs: Check the Experts and Journal tabs for any error messages when trying to add the EA.

If none of this works, let me know the error logs for further help.

I have optimized Both "Blitz Gold" EA's for DarwinX live and it looks good, could you add the feature short or Long only.
I like to optimize For short and for Long separately. (The set Files are not the same)
