Hi
Good morning
regarding the tester it seems to me that there is a problem that wastes time.
We want to see the results of a "single test" so after a few seconds the graph + backtest data appears.
Now we want to see the live graph with visual mode instead. Having done this and wanting to review the previous single test results.... they are no longer there and you have to start again. Can you make a change so that they remain in memory or do not disappear?
Regards
Hi,
Good morning.
Currently, MetaTrader 5 does not have a built-in feature that allows you to save and revisit the results of previous single tests once you switch to the visual mode or run a new test. Unfortunately, once you leave the results screen, the data is not stored and you would need to rerun the test to see the results again.
One workaround is to manually save the backtest reports before switching to the visual mode. You can do this by clicking on "Save as Report" after the test completes, which will save the results to an HTML file. This way, you can always refer back to the results even after running other tests or switching modes.
Alternatively, you might consider running the visual mode test first if you anticipate wanting to review the visual results, as this will generate the same data as the single test but with the added graphical representation.
I hope this helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
