Live results on real account so far:

(This is a custom analysis from the EA running on a portfolio account... Individual monitoring accounts with signals will come soon!)

Version 1.1 added a Breakeven option.

I have added a set for this which has good risk/reward.

I still need to test this live, but it looks like an improvement over the default settings

Q1 : The EA available only for Bitcoin ?

Q2 : How can I disable the Weekend filter ? May be Friday stop hour  set to zero ?

Hi,

A1: it is developed and optimized for Bitcoin yes;  I might add other crypto in the future, but Bitcoin has best liquidity, so will probably work best

A2: set FridayStopHour to 25 or higher, or -1

Hi,

It says that EA also supports Ethereum. Can you please share the set file for Ethereum?

Also, the launch promo says "NEW: Choose 1 EA for free! (for max 2 trade accounts)". How can I choose that EA? Can you please guide me on that?

Fahad Farooq

Also,

Please share the link for private Bitcoin Scalper Telegram group

Any instructions on how to backtest? My results do not match with yours.

Any instructions on how to backtest? My results do not match with yours.

This is how I did my backtests:

- I use TDS 2 (TickDataSuite) so  I can have 99.90% quality historical data with every tick available (default MT4 only has 90% quality, and 1Minute OHLC information)

- I downloaded the Ducascopy historical data for BTCUSD

- I adjusted the Margin settings in TDS, so that it matches that of Forex trading (else you will get a lot of "insufficient funds" messages)

- I used a fixed spread of 500 point in the test, since Ducascopy variable spread on Bitcoin is much too high and not comparable to good brokers's spread on Bitcoin

- run on H1

If you don't use TDS 2, it is best to use a broker's data that is reliable.  I could say that Alpari has some of the best historical data for backtesting on MT4, so you can open a demo account and use the Bitcoin pricefeed from Alpari.  I must add that it doesn't go far into history, which again is why I used TDS 2

Bug report : price normalize problem.

Order price error occurred in real account in bybit mt4.

error order price

error cause.

The digits of bybit's BTCUSDT is 2, but the price tick size is 0.5 not 0.01.

The digits of bybit's ETHUSDT is 2, but the price tick size is 0.05 not 0.01.

Therefore, the mql function NormalizeDouble(,Digits) calculates an abnormal price and causes an ordersend / modify sl, tp error.

solutuion

You need to normalize the price using the example function below.

double PriceNormalize(double _price)

{

   double m_TickSize_Price = SymbolInfoDouble(_Symbol, SYMBOL_TRADE_TICK_SIZE); //

   return (m_TickSize_Price * MathRound(_price/m_TickSize_Price));//

}

Please redistribute the new version of Price Normalize.

Hi,

simply run on Bitcoin H1 chart with default settings.  Select a risk=1% per trade

You can also add another chart (Bitcoin H1 again), but load the set file attached, and run that also with 1% risk per trade.

If still not clear, send me private message
