Hello, Please how do I get a refund because this is annoying. How can I make a purchase and can not use the product purchased effectively. 

It does not make sense for one to buy a product and have to join some group to make use of the product or have send an email for the usage of the product. Come on now we are in the 21st century. I need the services I paid for.

The one I bought for my MT4 is working effectively however the one for my MT5 is not... please view the attached screenshots.

You screenshot looks correct. Make sure algo trading is enabled on MT5 for EA to trade.


The product you purchased on MT4 is an indicator.

The one you purcased on MT5 is an EA.


They are different products and EA is for autotrading.

If you want the visuals, you need to purchase the indicator version for MT5: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/26889

You getting lot of opposition on this, i see you remove the EA group as well, as this EA is not performing. I would like request you guys to add grid and Martingale options as last saving point. if they want to use they will otherwise won't
