I made some research about error 403 and found these articles:

It seems to be a temporary IP ban from mql5.com, it may be solved itself in a couple of hours.

On 08/21/2024 I bought the Nam Order Blocks indicator, it worked very well until 04/04/2025 when it did not appear on the chart and when I try to reinstall it, I keep getting the error in the image. All the other indicators I bought work, they install and do not give an error. I updated the market purchase section but it still does not work.
How can we solve this problem for a fully paid indicator???

Hello, I don't know what to say about the indicator except that on 08/21/2025 I bought it and it worked until 04/04/2025 when it didn't work. At the same time I rented it for 35 USD but unfortunately I paid for nothing because it still doesn't work.
