Hi, GMT offset is market watch time minus GMT = 3 at this time market watch 16.56 GMT 13.56 so GMT offset is 3(auto GMT also 3) So that's not the problem

I have GMT+3 (ICMarkets, FPMarkets, Valutraders) and please note that positions are opened from 22.00 to 2.00 broker time.

I opened a raw spread account IC Markets but spread is between 7 and 12. On your shot spread is 2.

I use raw spread account IC Markets. The spread is constantly jumping, just such a moment for a screenshot, usually I also have about 10, we have the same type of account and broker.

The expert does not use dll, and no experts in the market can use dll according to the rules of the market.

Expert works, but... I have two accounts on IC markets live server 20 one with $300 and one with $19000. The account with $300 trades more en with better conditions.
The trades should be the same I thought?? Is there an explanation for?

Hello. Trades must match. Have you updated bots to version 1.2?
Maybe there are some errors or entries in tab "Journal" or tab "Experts" on the large account that are not on the $300 account?
