it is MQL5 who will provide you with the indicator. The best way is to download it directly from your MT4 platform. Please see the following article:

Hi Jan.

Purchased this indicator (and some more) and I do like it, but found only one issue. The stop loss for long or short display figures are sometimes become to congested and very hard to read - would love to have offset to the right (or option for resetting display to the right) so it can be clear reading. I have also found that even disabling sound notification does not working (sometimes) after selecting "false" in option menu.

just purchased Panther Trader Pro but i got the info for an EA called Master Candle Strategy. The info goes on to show how to setup that strategy and yet what I installed is the Panther Trader Pro. I have a small live account and would ike to setup the Panther pro properly. My broker provides very low spread costs w/ commission. Can you send the info for the Panther pro please?

I think that MQL5 screwed up royaly because in my attempt to purchase the paid version of Panther Trader Pro for $10, the bug made me purchase your EA Master candle Strategy for $10, but got Panther Trader Pro instead which I realize is worth $99 for the pro version which Michela Russo never got the money for, I suspect. Now that is a serious bug in MQL5.com

These 2 indicators are 2 completely different (separated) indicators and they also using different stategies. Also, the Pennant and trianlges scanner is a multi symbol and multi time frame (MTF) indicator.

I am so sorry though but the login process is totally controlled by MQL5 and we as sellers have no way of influencing it. What you can try is to installed it from the web page. It will then be installed to your default MT4 instance. If that does not help then you will need to contact the Service desk here on MQL5.

Please if I you can let me know if you installed the indicator from the product's web page of from the Metatrader terminal. I always recommend to install it from the terminal. Please see the screenshot below. If you did it this way the please let me know if you have any related error messages in the Experts and Journal tabs.
