The indicator does not repaint support and resistance levels.

It shows daily, weekly and monthly percentage change of previous close with respect to actual price.

Yes, that is correct. It gets the previous close(for the day, week, month etc...) and plots percentage levels (1%, 2% whatever you configured) up or down to that close.
