- Added Grid lot control panel - Max orders
- Added display level live of next grid will be opened
- Added allow sell and allow buy button
- Fixed spread greater than 60 in Points , will not order close prevent from huge spread from some brokers during Market close and Open .
In the future , I think up to V6 , I will add back what V1 style does .
