The signal looked fantastic. I tried copying it with brokers other than the author, but the results were not good.

I decided to open an account with the same broker as the author. When I finally opened it and wanted to start trading, I found out that the author had changed the amazing short-term trading with 0.2 lots to a crazy grid system :(.

A big shame and a really unprofessional approach!

For now, I'm still giving it five stars. Because until yesterday, the signal was amazing. Are you starting tomorrow? The signal isn't back to how it was before, and if you're doing a grid like now, unfortunately, I'll lower all my stars to one. The signal was amazing before, because it wasn't a grid. Now you're doing a grid and you'll probably upset people's calculations.

I normally only write reviews for signals that I've been copying for a while. This time, I write on the day of my subscription.

Looking at the trades history prior to subscription, I thought this was one trade at a time, and they were of 0.20 lots on a $10k balance. Now just hours after my subscription the trading style changed to grid, right now with 10x 0.03 concurrent trades. This is just 1.5x larger than the 0.20 on the signal account, so not a big deal on its own, but it's unclear how many more may be opened before the trader decides to close the grid basket.

The description does not currently specify a recommended minimum balance, and looks out of date. For a subscriber with a balance below $3k this grid is a higher risk increase since the 0.20 would have scaled down properly even for a $500 balance, whereas these grid trades just stay at 0.01 each.

There's no SL on the trades I got so far, neither individual nor grid, but 7 of the 10 grid trades got TP set after a while.

I recognize that (temporarily?) switching to a grid with smaller trades may have been the right move for the provider's own trading in the current market, but to subscribers unexpected use of grid with no apparent stop-loss just looks scary. It makes us wonder what other unpleasant surprises await. At the very least, the use of grid and any related risk management would need to be specified in the description.

Prior to subscription, I was wondering whether this would copy well since the expected value of XAUUSD price movement that these trades capture is tiny. However, so far I got prices no worse on average (and maybe even slightly better) than what I see on the signal account. The signal server appears to be in Europe where I got ~30 ms ping to it, but I copy from an MQL5 VPS in New York to be close to my broker server, and this VPS has ~85 ms ping to the signal server, which for manual scalping like this is still perfectly acceptable.

I tried writing a direct message to the signal provider 6 days ago. My message soon appeared as seen, but I got no reply. So I assume there's no intent to provide user support, and rate it accordingly. That's fine.

Well, I stopped the grid (and signal copying) at moderate loss, but I see on the signal account it's 11 concurrent trades already and who knows how many more there may be. I didn't expect this signal to use a grid, so I'm going to unsubscribe and I won't be able to edit this further.
